I'm thinking of creating a novelty RB band comprised of characters modeled after famous school shooters. :eek: I might even call the band "The School Shooters" ... not for my main band or anything, just as a funny side project. So should I do it? Is it funny or am I just a creepy horrible human being for thinking of the idea? Vote now!

As much as I'm a fan of dark humour, this is a terrible idea. Context is very important for that type of joke, and I'll give you that half of an audience would find it so offensive it's hilarious in the right context. A video game that directly targets teenagers is probably the worst media for this particular stunt.

That's a good point. Yeah, I'm reconsidering. It'd be pure shock value on a game like this.

I got the idea when I looked at some of the Goth clothing options in the Rock store.... black trenchcoats, etc.

While it's currently in bad taste, it's no worse than other band names alluding to tragedies.
