Band, Songs, Scores- All Lost!!

I turned on Rock Band 2 today to play a quick setlist and found that my bands did not show up in the band select page. I went to quick play to see if anything there had changed and all the songs I unlocked are gone and most of my scores are gone too. My other Xbox profiles have their characters (I didn't check mine) and my secondary Xbox profile doesn't have the band but has all the songs we've unlocked together and the scores. What's going on?How did this happen? Is it possible to restore any of this or do I have to play all the challenges again and redo career mode (nevermind my battle of the bands scores which are probably gone forever)? Please help!

Characters are lost too. For some reason I found that on my profile my characters are gone but I have, for some reason, the characters of a friend of mine's profile (on my xbox) in my rock band profile. ...make sense? I deleted them off my account.

hmxsean has talked on there about looking into the issue, but it's been about 2 weeks since we've heard a peep out of anyone from Harmonix.
