but I just had a daydream that I was playing Rockband for the talent show at school, then (in the daydream) I snapped into reality and I was just infront of my tv singin to myself awkwardly, lol.

btw, I dont see myself singing to a game, I will stick to guitar and drums.

but that makes me think... do you think you will be able to hear people sing over xbl? that would be weird and the funniest thing ever at the same time. I would fail songs all day because of laughing at people

nothing wrong with dreaming. Visualization is used in pro sports and other industries and endeavours as a method of training and has shown that a player or musician or what have that visualizes or daydreams about performing well WILL invariably do better.
