Well its offical, im pissed off. I've talked this game up to everyone, hyped it as much as i could. I havent been this excited for a game in awhile. I get my buddies over and we set up our band, design a logo, make characters all using the drums just fine. What happens the minute we try to play our first set in seattle? The drums straight up stop working...no connection what-so-ever... I am going through diff levels of dissapointment and anger. There is absolutely no excuse for something not to work out of the box. I generally have pretty bad luck but this is just rediculous....i was looking most forward to the drums and now i have to wait 3-5 more days for a replacement set to be shipped to me. I know its not harmonix fault, but whoever is to blame stuff like this just shouldnt happen...i dont know maybe im just venting because im dissapointed. Has anyone elses drums just stopped working?

If it's the 360 version, plug the USB hub into the back port of the 360. Maybe that'll get your drums working.

My hub was working fine...i had it plugged in the front and it worked for exactly an hour. My guitar still works plugged into the hub. This just blows....so not cool!

My red drum pad stopped working less than hour after I setup the game. At first it would work intermittently and then not at all. Started working again for about 30 seconds after beating on it in practice mode and then died once again. I've tried hooking the hub to the rear USB port, plugging the drums in directly, taking out the recharge cable for the controller... nothing.
I attempted to use EA's product replacement service at support.ea.com/rockband but after I signed up and stepped through the process it said the return process is only available to US customers! Arggghhh! Wish it would have said that when I entered my address to begin with. Anyone else having similar issues?
EDIT:
Oh yea, when I opened the box it looked as if the game had been used or something. The green drum pad has all these dirty smudges on it that I can't get rid off and scuff marks on the plastic housing. The guitar also had a few scratches and smudges all over. WTF?
