Magnet's not that new. He was a mod here before I was. He's also not attracted to metal. Instead, metal has a perverse attraction to him. Considering that most metal bands consist of sweaty, hairy men, I don't envy this quality of his.

I am Magnet (phew, that one was easy). I'm attracted to metal because I was born this way! I'm not ashamed! ;)

I like the element, but not to the degree of freaking out about it. And I like the musical genre, but also not to the degree of freaking out about it. So, I'd say no. :)
