View Full Version : Canceling a preorder from rockbandstore.com

I have a preorder at http://rockbandstore.com for the 360 bundle, but it isn't set to ship until December 11th. This morning, I was able to pick up the last bundle my Walmart had, and now I want to cancel my preorder (Which I can do, since it hasn't been processed for shipping yet. The website says so :p )

There is no phone number to contact to do this, and the only way I see is to email. Does anyone know if that is the only way (I've already sent an email). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :)

Well...and I'll bet banned for this most likely....if a response to this thread was given...can SOMEONE PLEASE post a response for this double strum issue...WE NEED an answer before I decide to take this thing RIGHT back to the store.

We don't want a $194 charge (bundle + overnight shipping) on our credit card for something we don't want anymore. :(

That was the number I was given. I'll check on it further. I would use the email address for now.

I'm bumping this because no one has responded to my mom's email, and the phone number doesn't work.

I assume this is the official Rock Band store (since it's linked from the Rock Band website), so I expect better service...

There has to be SOMEONE to contact about this.

I had the same situation... no email response. I emailed Harmonix and they gave me an email address. gamestore@custhelp.com. The phone number you can use is 888-582-4368. I emailed and didn't get a response... too lazy to call. If they ship it to me, I am not too worried. I'll just sell it to someone or something. I sent my email last Thursday... and I didn't get any response.

I already posted that that phone number doesn't seem to work. It had nothing to do with Rock Band or Harmonix.. :eek:

My mom's going to have to deal with the credit card company now.

There's a whole new customer service feature on the website now, which I used to send an email with. I've received an automated response, so hopefully that's a good sign.
