Multiple profiles and characters

I know you've got to be busy putting out fires, Sean, but since we're on the subject of characters and profiles... In quick-play, are the available songs driven by those unlocked by any of the characters in the band, or by a singular account logged in?

Edit: Interesting, it looks like a problem with the boards is making all of my posts appear two hours earlier than they actually were made... Ha! First post, even though it's someone else's thread! :)

Hey everyone

I'm annoyed that I'm at work now and can't fiddle with this myself...

How are multiple players' profiles handled? Maybe it's best asked via my example:

My roomate just called me up asking if everything was set up so he could try RB out. I said sure. Now, do I tell him to sign into the Xbox under my profile, and then create his own character in the game, or should I tell him to sign into the Xbox under his profile?

I ask because I don't want him to accidentally earn achievements under my name or mess with my solo career or anything, but I want his character to be accessible when we play BWT.

So, are the characters created in Rock Band exclusive to the profile they're created under? If he creates a character under his profile, will it be accessable if I'm playing and he decides to jump in?

You should have him sign in under his own profile. Achivements go to the profile signed in not the character. If he creates a character under his profile it will be available to him as long as he signs when he is playing with you.

You can delete characters under manage data.
