maybe you should try calibrating the game. That might help. If that's not the problem... then I'm not sure. Hope it helps

but the instructions say it's suppose to be the R1 button so I'm really confused. I also can't seem to hit the pedals no matter how many times I try, is my kick pedal busted or do I just suck alot?

*sigh* no go, looks like I've got a shoddy stand. Asked for a replacement. *sob* have to wait another 2 or 3 days....
