Unable to Play Downloaded Track when Offline

I have a couple of downloadable tracks that will not play when I am not connected to XBOX live. These tracks I downloaded onto my hard drive from my Brothers xbox 360. When i try to play them offline on my xbox 360 I get a missing track message. I have tried erasing them and redownloading them but that hasn't worked. Any tips?

i'm having the same problem i recently downloaded Rush moving pictures album and it work fine just got done play the songs. But i tried to play closer to the heart and working man(vault edition), as well as Disturbed Into the fire. Those 3 won't play.
