While it is definately not broken, the downstrum is very short compared to my friend's guitar. Like, I have to be very precise on the downstrum, but on the other guitar it seemed to have a much longer "hit" time.

My friend and I switched, and he had problems using it two. After comparing the two, we noticed that my downstrum has a bunch more resistance on it than his guitar.

Hopefully this does not mean that the downstrum will eventually break, since I can still play songs on it if I focus and stuff, but I wonder if there will be extend the "hit" time for it since its a little to annoying to be perfect on it.

Nobody else experiencing this, or does it mean it will only get worse and just stop working?

My downstrum is too a little bit messed up. Not sure why, but I am able to upstrum entire songs perfectly, yet downstrumming seems to be a problem. I don't want to be just whacking my downstrum, as I don't think it should be needed.

But yea, upstrum work perfect, downstrum = 50% of the time it works.

My downstrum worked fine for a while, and then recently its become a bit weird. On faster parts of songs, it doesn't register very well, so if there are any fast parts, goodbye combo, as I end up missing just about every other note, even though I can tapping along just fine.

I thought maybe for a second that by sitting behind a DVD tower (my makeshift mic stand until tomorrow) was blocking the signal a bit, so I moved to the side, and it kind of seemed better, but the song I played that time wasn't as fast, so its hard to say.

well, after playing around on it, it now seems to double strum and other fun stuff. I already requested a new one from EA since it shouldn't really be doing this stuff.
