The Blue Bomber returns in all his 8-bit glory!
Just picked this up from the Playstation Store last night. It is damn tough, just like the originals.
Anyone else get this? It's a must-have for retro gamers.

I downloaded the demo the other day. This little game reminded me just how hardcore of a gamer I used to be. :D I can't even beat the demo now!! LOL!! I play it for a little bit, but then I just get to damn frustated and turn it off.

I assumed that the one level available in the demo is not supposed to be the first level you beat.
There's got to be a better gun for those stupid ball sucking elephants.

The demo has only one level available, "Concrete Man". I don't how far into the level the demo allows you to go. (I haven't gotten that far :o).

That's what I'm saying. The only level you can play in the demo is Concrete Man.
I think in the full game, you shouldn't do Concrete Man first because another weapon (aside from just the blaster) will help you get past those stupid elephants easier.
There's always a preferred order to do the levels in Mega Man games. I don't know the order yet for this one.

I got the game from a friend (Gifted it to my Wii!) And Concrete man was the first level I beat, and had no problem with him.
I also beat the game in less than 2 hours. I love the game and it was the perfect difficulty, challenging but not unfair. Sure, there were some unfortunate pitfalls and spikes. I was a little underwhelmed with the difficulty after so many people overblown the difficulty.
Don't get me wrong, it's a hard game, but it's challenge is overrated.

We bought it the day it came out, and my friend Dave promptly walked right into the first lava pit in the Magma world and died without an enemy even appearing on-screen.
From that point on, it`s beaten our asses raw. We`ve only beaten one boss so far!!

Eagerly awaiting tomorrow's 360 release. I grew up with the series, so I super-excited for this.

Played the demo, and realized just how much I suck at videogames. :)

Okay, we all agree that having to pay for extra difficulty modes is kinda stupid, right? well this guy takes the crusade to a whole new level!

The disgusting part is: I actually know the guy, I've been criticising him on forums about being excessively negative and expecting the world for two years now....he's also a furry :P. He also wishes to be called a she. he also owns every console to have ever existed and has like three copies of every Capcom game ever released. He also has been hyping Megaman 9 up to be the greatest thing since sliced bread becuase of it's return to it's roots.
does this 'thing' not enrage you? he's acting like they forced hom to buy the game or something!

I was thinking about getting it. I have never really given Mega Man a chance. If I do get it, it will be the one on the Wii because Mega Man 1 and 2 are on there too.
