Hi,
I've submitted this information as an update to my EA Support question yesterday morning and I don't know how long it will be before they get back to me so I figured I'd ask about it here as well.

I submitted for Express RMA for both my drum pads and drum pedal, and received them with no issues quite promptly, and I dropped off my returns to UPS at the same time a few days later.

The drum pads were successfully received by EA, but my drum pedal appears to have been lost by UPS. I don't possess the tracking number on the item (d'oh!) and I was wondering what my options might be in order not to be charged for their mistake and if this has happened to anyone before and what became of the situation. I don't know how much the hold on my card is for the drum pedal, I'd like that information too if at all possible.

It's quite alright if this is the wrong place to seek this information, but thanks in advance for any help you might be able to provide for me.^^;

You can look up your tracking number at http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/reference?loc=en_US.
Type your RMA number in the Shipment Reference box (e.g. rma12345678)

It doesn't seem to be working; I've tried typing it with rma in front of it like you said and also without, and with and without the dash in the middle of it. :(

Any other suggestions? :/

Did you ship it at a UPS Store?
If so, did you pay with a card?

If yes, then they should have your tracking numbers on file.

If not, you might call UPS and see if they can't locate the tracking numbers.
Of course, at the same time, I start thinking that if you got your new drum set, and successfully shipped out your broken one, and UPS lost it... You're not liable. UPS does offer $100 insurance on items automatically. If there's a grievance, I'd take it up with EA / UPS.

Make sure you're typing in the rma number correctly: rma9999999

I'm having problems with UPS on one shipment that I'm tracking via the reference number. The trick was to change the first date to January of this year. See if that works for you.

You can always call EA and talk to a CSR. Don't trust their website to update. The CSR can look up the rma and tell you the tracking number and whether or not they received the item back. Their number is 650-628-1001 press option 3.

Thanks a lot for suggesting I call them, I thought it all went to the same place but I talked to very nice CSR who explained that they HAD received my drum pedal but that it just hadn't been marked so and released the hold on my card for me right then and there.

Thanks everyone for your help.^^
