I cannot download the BSSM album. It got to 1% and an error message popped up saying that the download couldn't be completed and to try again later. Well I have been trying again later. I may be impatient, but it's been several hours.
Also, when trying to preview, "Naked in the Rain" it took me back to the main title screen, four times in a row.
Xbox live has already taken the points and when I try to download it again its says I don't have enough points. Please help with this problem. A refund would be nice or at least the ability to download the album without paying for it twice would be nice. Thanks.
