When I first plugged my guitar in it didn't work, Then I put the hub connected to the front of the 360, it came on but only blinked on and off. So I restarted my 360, strat works like a charm, drums too give that a try. IF it doesn't work then sorry :(

I am having a problem with the PS3 guitar connecting. When i plug in the dongle and turn the switch on the guitar it goes on fine. then after 5 or so minutes, the guitar turns off (must be an auto shut off feature), then when i hit the switch on the guitar to turn it on it does nothing. The dongle continues to blink and the guitar won't connect :(

yea same here, i plug it in, the green ring comes on and thats about it, wont show connection with the xbox...

on top of that, after 2 hours of playing the drums, the songs started to skip? and makes songs impossible to play...pretty lame...cant even play it at all right now.

sucks!

no clue on what to do.

You need to go to the dongle attached to the USB port and push the button on it. Then, push the button on your guitar. This synch's the dongle with the guitar.

If you have a PS3 hit the PS3 Button on the guitar after it auto-shuts off to resurrect your connection.

Could it be dying batteries?

I also have the same problem on 360. Light goes on, I can navigate menus but can't play the game

Could it be dying batteries?

That was my problem on my ps3, it kept turning off and dropping the connection, I thought my batteries were fine, but changed them and haven't had any connecting problems whatsoever now.
