Friends rocking out on Rock Band - anyone else find it hilarious?

So, I managed to get Rock Band today at Circuit City, as Best Buy here in town had a shipping error. I called up about ten friends, and we're all doing BWT, swapping in and out occasionally.

I just have to say this - it's absolutely hilarious to watch my friends attempt to sing and play drums. We've all played GH for a long time, so we're all decent at guitar and bass...but the drums and the vocals are just cracking me up.

For instance: My friend, Larissa, singing like Bon Jovi or David Bowie, and she's this tiny little girl...or my friend Chad, who is this big guy with a deep voice, trying to sing to Hole.

Also, no one can do better than easy on the drums yet, including myself. They're kicking our collective butts.

Anyone else have funny anecdotes about this game so far?

LOL!

I know I'm white, but the drums really made me super hot, bright, put on the shades white because I look so rhythmically challenged it's not even funny. Guitar. Done. Bass. Done. Singing. Uh, I suck, but it is pretty snazzy how it works. Drums...my 2 year-old is playing them better than me!

The first song I played with the drums was Blackened by Metallica. Little did I know it was in the "Impossible" category. I made it through on Easy, but needed a shower, a warm meal and a nap after I was done. Man those drums are making me have the jimmy-leg!
