Harmonix - Please Help Canadians

I am sure I speak for all Canadians who either crossed over to the States to get a copy of Rockband or have bought it on eBay.

Please contact Microsoft and asked that they post the new song downloads on the Marketplace immediately for the Canadians.
Currently, only the US marketplace has the news songs.

I can't see why we are forced to wait when the content is ready and available for download to others who have the game.

There is no reason to make the Canadian Rockband players wait until the launch date (Dec 20).
What's the worst that will happen, no one will buy it?

I whole heartedly agree. There is no business reason why they shouldn't post the songs up for Canadians now.. Surely you'd like to take my money! :)

This is absolutely ridiculous. They have not yet released the game in your area. You are lucky to even be playing it. You went around their plans for release and now you want more? Ugh, disgusting.

2 points:

1) Someone posted receiving the game from amazon.ca. There's a Canadian retailer right there.

2) Sony has them up on the PSN for Canadians. Why not some equality?

I personally don't care because I can't even play my standalone PS3 game at this time, but I don't see why 360 users shouldn't have the same DLC access I have.

There have been several reasons and arguments made for and against Canadians being given the DLC. I would look up the "Where is the Outrage?" thread which has floated around the front page of the forums for several days now.

Though as long as all of the DLC that has been released in the US store between Nov. 20 and our launch in December gets put up at once, I won't be too upset.

If we are forever a month behind in DLC, I'll be a little more pissed. ;)

I don't understand why Canadians with Rockband can't just calm down and wait another two weeks.. Get off the forums complaining about how you don't get DLC early and go play your Rockband, you lucky SOBs! :(

I am also a Canadian who has bought the game from the US. I refuse to buy any downloadable content for GH2 and GH3 but more then happy to for Rock Band.

I too wish we could give them some more of our money sooner, rather then later.

Plenty of threads about this already. DLC will be out in Canada on 360 in a few short weeks with the launch of the game.
