SO i just got it at like 5cst and my righthanded upstrum and left handed downstrum doesnt work. I thought the patch was meant to fix it. Please help.

Happened to mine yesterday. :(
I am waiting for my new one to come so I can send the broken POS back.
I sure hope it is redesigned, or it will be a regular thing shipping them back and forth.
