i dont have any issues yet allthough im kinda wondering how long these things will last before we have to replace them, hopefully a long time

if i can throw in another drum ? for the mods, i noticed at best buy that you can pop a single pad off and theres a wire harness that comes off, are you guys planning on selling replacement drum pads for when they break/get all scuffed up, also when one goes out is it as simple as switching out the pad or is there more to it

yeah but all the hardware issues are about the guitar problems about strumming and stuff. my drum pads that work work just fine with rolls. im talking about my green pad just NOT working at all. if its as easy as popping a pad off and getting it replaced ill do it. i dont want to wait a month through EA to get it done.
also, my X button doesnt work on the drum quick which is actually the chorisponding button to the green drum pad so basically i cant play anything on drum cause i cant select anything.

My green pad is not responding whatsoever and the admins just tell me to contact EA, and they have no help with their automatic messages which limit me to answers that i dont need. i know im supposed to contact EA and i have, and i will, but please dont close this thread becuase i want to know if any else is having the same issue as i am so that i can resolve it.
because otherwise ill have to send it to EA and itll take over a month to get a new one to me.
so basically whenever i hit the green pad nothing happens, but everything else works just fine. i played for about 2 hours with it working fine then all the sudden it stopped. anyone else having issues?

there are numerous threads on hardware issues. please don't create new threads for these things.

also, to the first post, scratches/scuffs and visual damage is neglect. i wouldn't try to get something replaced because it gets scuffed after months of play, they might void your warranty. i know from personal experience.

well ive played for 2 days now and the pads are a little scuffed up from hitting them with the drumstick, theres no neglect there. and if you read my question i was asking if they were planning of selling replacement pads, how would buying an official replacement pad void my warranty:confused:

and finally i was the second post not the first im not sure why it moved mine up
