Can't fast strum?

Trying to play on hard, and when notes are very close together with the guitar the strum bar won't register them quickly enough or not at all. I switched to my GH2 guitar and it works fine. Halp!

If you are using the RB guitar, switch to the notes further up on the neck, nerar the body. These are your hammer-on frets, and you don't have to strum to hit every one, just like you only strum the first note in a real hammer-on or pull-off. You can even two-hand tap these frets. Try that out. ....But it should still register your strums, so you might need the patch.
