Reuqesting Songs (As on the homepage)

Ok, As everyone knows they are asking what songs you want on the game.
Now I think they are gonna go with a majority vote on songs, so why don't we all just figure out songs through the here ? So we all can agree on what songs to request together and so we can all be "happy" for now lol so if your on with this, start it up..Someone makes a list of 10 songs (hard to pick with just 4 choices but oh well) and everyone agrees, yes or no ?
Now if anything, I want to see some "Up and Coming" bands that are gonna make it big, if you have a band, and someones never heard it, please try.. they might become your favorite band lol anyway enough with that, someone get it rollin! :D

Truth be told we never actually said a majority and that was never really the intention. In all reality it was more based in us finding out some of the songs and bands we weren't necessarily that familiar with that may have some fun gameplay elements.

well.. actually that probably isn't needed, because I'm sure you will release the best and most appropriate ones with the game. was just curious to find some hopefully good new stuff.

At last count there were something like 100,000 songs requested. So my suggestion would be to imagine a list that has virtually every song that contains guitars, vocals, bass, and drums (and the ones that have none of those inexplicably). We are talking that size. It is a bit mind-bending really. I spend most of my day with the headphones on just trying to play catch up!

All I want is any Bad Religion song. I was thrilled to have Infected on GH, but let's get some "American Jesus" or "Generator" in the game. Talk about awesome vocals and guitars, and some nifty drumming too. Please? hmxsean? I saw in another thread you like Gallows, so I know you can respect BR.

And, off-topic: are you going to Warped Tour this year? Both BR and Gallows are on it! It's gonna be sweet.

EDIT: Out of curiosity, are there specific songs that might not be included in the game based on lyrics? Not specific words, but the ideas presented in the songs rather. I'm asking because a lot of Bad Religion's songs are probably of "questionable" subject matter if you asked a lot of people.

Any way you can tell us if you've actually pursued some of the fan suggested songs (and maybe which ones)? I'm just curious what you guys at Harmonix are actually doing with all the suggested songs.

then if that, Black Stone Cherry, Dry Kill Logic, Nonpoint, HIMSA, The Human Abstract, Trivium, As I Lay Dying. Most of these bands have some very fast music (HIMSA, Human Abstract,Trivium, As I Lay Dying) DKL, Nonpoint have more..heavy heavy rock. And BLS being more of a Bluesy Soundish rock but pretty heavy riffs nonetheless, just give them all a chance, you might like'em! :D
