rock band questions

so i have a ps3 and have rock band just the game. will the les paul controller from guitar hero work with rock band? i found out today that there is no solo world tour, what the ****? what if you dont have friends that dont like the game, huh what then. i want to rock out but anyways, to you get all the songs unlocked then when you dont have other people. doeas it come with all the songs available or do you have to unlock them. if the les paul doesnt work will they fix it or not. also will they patch the game to have solo mode world tour?

Apparently no the ps3 les paul controller won't work, as red octane apparently set up their own standards with the controller so it won't work properly with Rock Band. As it is out of Harmonix hands for them to be able to patch it you should probably write something to Red Octane instead and see if they'd be willing to patch it, but I somehow doubt it.

As for the solo World Tour, I agree, not that I wasn't planning to have my friends over alot to play, but it's sure not going to be every night or anything, so it would have been NICE to at least have the option. Options are GOOD! From what I've read around here though, no it doens't look like it will be changed. Maybe for RB2 if we're lucky, as I'd rather have the choice.

You can unlock all of the songs in solo mode, playing either guitar or drums, or singing. Unfortunately, you don't have any of those peripherals, so you can't play the game at all.
