I tried to redeem my Bonus DLC code online, but got an error saying the code is incomplete. I've entered the code exactly as it appears on the back of the booklet. Thing is, the first set of characters only has 3, whereas the other three sets have 4 each.

Could I have gotten a misprinted booklet? I couldn't find an answer elsewhere in support.
