i was just curious cause obviously i was playing all day yesterday after i got it, and my strum bar still works fine, but it was jut extremly loose and im sure eventually it wont work like ive heard with everyone else, compared to when i first started playing it. so i was curious if anyone who had strum bar problems had sent it in yet? and also how it works and what the turn around date is, if they gave you one that is.

I have requested a replacement but I'm still waiting for a confirmation email. Basically when you replace it you have two options: express or regular. With express they take your credit card number and send out the replacement right away. When you receive it, you send back the broken one in the box. If they don't get the old one in 28 days, they charge you. The regular method is you send the broken one back and they send you a new one.

I requested a replacement by the Express method, but it was just yesterday and don't expect a replacement until early next week. (When you use Express, they immediately give you a UPS tracking number, but thus the package hasn't been shipped.)

You have to call in. At least thats what I got when I went to the website. I believe the nubmer is sticky'd to top of the forums.

I RMA'd mine out of the box. Strummer was all crazy, had a new one a week later. I had purchased a second already, so it wasn't a big deal. They handled it well.

I did once, like a month after the game came out. Then I got a les paul controller.
I did regular, UPS will send you a box that you put your broken guitar in. You then take that box to a UPS store and simply ship it back to them. Then they send you a new guitar. I kept my guitar strap and they even sent me a new one...
