One Drum doesn't work.

Hey I have been working with the game for about 2 months and just got my own personal set yesterday. However the blue Drum only works from time to time. All the other drums work perfectly fine. I have gone through some troubleshooting and I believe they are sending me a box to have it replaced.

Through playing the game for quite some time I have never experienced any problems with any of the hardware.

Is there a simple fix for this? or does it sound like a bad connection within the drumset?

Also if i send it in for repair/replacement do they have sets put aside to replace defective ones or are they all sold and will I have to wait till the next ship date?

Just putting this in for personal experience from last night.

Make sure that you haven't gotten any small pieces of cardboard underneath the drum pads. I had one underneath my Blue and I didn't even see it. My GF actually saw it and removed it.

I had to take my 360 drumset back to Best Buy. Yellow would only work sporadically. New one works great.

I called game stop they dont have any to replace it with unfortunately.

I actually had a preorder with Gamestop just in case, then ended up getting mine at Best Buy and getting a refund at Gamestop. I got a two year warranty on the game equipment for $29. Worth it for me. I stress out about the hardware. hehe.

I didnt work on making the actual game. But i wish i had some connections. If harmonix wants to send me a free one you can PM me :)

Ill look for cardboard when I get home from work, but anything else?

My yellow pad died on my after about 6 songs. I tried it again later, and it would work for a few beats, then stop. In frustration, I smashed down on it with my fist, haven't had any problems since. I still am getting a new one sent to me, but, in the meantime, just try beating the sh*t out of it till it works...(at your own risk, of course!)
