--EDIT--
I realized as I added info that the list is... improbable.

So I marked (*) songs which would be great for the game.

The rest are my own personal pipe dream. Rock Band would never sell those moods.

Enjoy the music.
--EDIT--

Varies from easier to harder from genre to genre, as far as play goes.

I know some genres are left out and you need a lot more "classic" songs, but it's a definite rough list.

I think we just all agree that the set list should have a lot of integrity, to prove that the audience is willing to listen to a variety of sounds and experience new music. Something MTV should move towards.

Seems like a nice list, but I don't know many of these bands. You should put youtube links or something to some of the songs so people can check them out, maybe mark the genre for each one. It's nice to discover new music in a game like Rock Band.

I think there was only one song on that list I've actually heard lol. Cool for suggesting new music though. That was the best part about the bonus songs in GHI/II. Found some cool new songs I'd never heard.

I put info on how to get to the songs (or at least the bands) in there. Let me know what you think about selections for Rock Band and just simply the music. Some of these artists could really use support.
