Why are my photos not working?

I have taken at least 3 photos and none of them are on my profile. The one picture that is on there, I did not take. So if anyone else is having this problem or if someone has a fix, help me out.

It's because a million other people are trying to do what you're doing. Took me a few hours yesterday to get the pictures I designed and I also ended up with 6 others I didn't. They'll show up soon enough (make more while you wait if you're bored).

There is no fix, the Rendertrons are overworked from everyone making pictures.

HMX seriously needs to change that message. Weirdly, the Bandmates editor warns that the system's overloaded and it can take some time... but I get those in about 10 minutes. The photo creator says you'll have it in a few short minutes and the only one I managed to get through the system took nine hours.

I can't imagine HMX are surprised by the load issues. What did they THINK was going to happen? Implement throttles, put in proper descriptions of the wait, communicate better with us!

I've been having fun with the picture creator (albeit very slow...), but I'm having one critical problem with it. For whatever reason, it'll only display two of my band members, not sure what I need to do in order to get the rest to show up.

Vidkid, make sure all of them are promoted to permanent members in your band roster, or they won't show up. Stand-ins don't count. Start a live tour, pick your band, pick the missing character, then go into Roster and click on the character name to confirm them as permanent.

Note also this won't work if the character is on some other 360 profile / gamertag. All characters have to be on the same profile as the band owner.

As for "It's a beta!" that's no excuse for not having adequate language in the application to explain the delay. They're only making their lives harder by insisting it'll be a 'few minutes', causing people to think they did something wrong and submit a new picture, and another, and another...

We will be changing the messaging in regards to the wait time on the Photo Creator today. :)

The good news is the load is about 2/3rds of what it was yesterday, we hope to continue to improve on this as days progress.

Yes open the picture all the way and select delete picture on the bottom.

Okay. May I have everyones attention please! We will be needing to form a single file line and wait patiently so that we do not kill the Rendertrons. If that happens then no one will be getting any photos or bandmates. :D
