View Full Version : BWT. Playing on different levels?

My son and I started up a BWT after only a couple of pracitce songs. We set the drums to easy and the guitar to either hard or expert. After a bunch of songs we got a message saying we needed to up the skill level to get more fans. I'm assuming we need to move the drums up. Do most people just keep the skill level the same across the board?

Nope, each player can pick their difficulty individually. You will need to play on Medium to get 250,000 fans, which will allow you to be inducted into the Hall of Fame and play the Endless Setlist. This should also unlock all of the songs.

I think we are close to 250,000 fans now so that is good to know. Do I have to play the endless setlist to unlock all of the songs or is it the Hall of Fame that unlocks them?
We are having people over for the holiday so getting more songs unlocked is a priority.

Each new city unlocks songs. The endless setlist is an optional part of the tour, and the Induction is the "goal" of BWT. Both let you keep touring after you complete them.

If you need songs unlocked quickly, play a solo tour. Whatever instrument you can play on medium or higher with as few failed songs as possible.

Good to know that the "finale" is doable on Medium! I was concerned with hearing people hitting that 250,000 fan cap so early in RB's life cycle that the majority of BWT mode would be locked behind the Hard skill wall.

I'll be starting my solo, Medium difficulty BWT tonight. Here's to hoping I've got what it takes and thanks for the confirmation that you really can "finish" BWT in Medium.
