Your new profile now has a place for a DLC wishlist. I believe HMX will be monitoring this area to get the pulse of the community. What songs have you added to your wishlist?

I asked for:
Black Betty by Ram Jam
a trio of UFO tunes
and Bat out of Hell by Meat Loaf.

Just be sure to fill out your "Wishlist" by editing your profile so HMX knows what you want.

Right now I have only one song as it popped into my head while thinking of something else. The cover of Let's Do It from Tank Girl by Joan Jett and Paul Westerberg. Fabulous.

I wonder how many people will use this feature - I'd love to see the datamining potential. "11% of people all want.."

Bombers - Gary Numan/Tubeway Army
The Impression That I Get - The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Party Hard - Andrew W.K.
Mother of Pearl - Roxy Music
Could You Be The One - Husker Du

I'm banking on Bosstones (I mean, the band's manager works for HMX) and Andrew W.K. DLC in the future.

This is what I added when I filled out that portion of my profile. I was ready to keep going, until I found out the limit for suggestions was 5 slots. Too bad, lol.

"25 or 6 to 4" by Chicago
"Celebrated Summer" by Husker Du
"Marquee Moon" by Television
"Rend It" by Fugazi
"Sultans of Swing" by Dire Straits

Sultans of Swing... yeah, I will have to add that one. Removed Meat Loaf so I could add the Dire Straights song...

I also think the data would prove interesting as people fill out this part of their profile. I don't think HMX would have put it there if they were not going to use it... Well, putting that in there AND removing the DLC request at the bottom of the boards.

Anyway, if that is what they are using it for, there are now two votes for Sultans of Swing...

Nah. People just don't care to respond to this post.

I put:

Cynically Depressed by Bracket
Flagpole Sitta by Harvey Danger
Freedom Fighters by The Music
Jesus of Suburbia by Green Day
The Distance by Cake

Apparently if a Cake song were to be on RB, it wouldn't be the Distance, so I'm considering taking it out for something else. Probably New Noise by Refused.
