View Full Version : Can't link gamertag?

For some reason when I try and link this profile to my gamertag. When I get to the screen where I enter the Live ID info nothing comes up. Is something wrong with my computer or the site?

I had a similar experience because I somehow unlinked my gamertag (See: Accidentially clicked the link in manage profie) and when trying to re-link my gamertag, I was greeted with an error..

The data you entered seems to be incorrect. Please correct the following errors and resubmit:

Account Link: Microsoft Live Account linking encountered a server failure. You may email us at support@rockband.com to help us fix this problem expeditiously."

I then tried to e-mail support@rockband.com, but JUST got a "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)‏" in my inbox... So I dont think you are doing it wrong.
