Trouble downloading patch?

There might be a thread for this already, but I couldn't find a search bar to look for it.

I bought the game yesterday and haven't been able to download the patch. I can get it to the screen where it starts to download and says 11MB, but it never goes past 1% and after a minute the PS3 tells me there was a problem with the network.

Anybody else running into this? Anybody know a place online I can get it and trasnfer to the PS3 via memory card?

Sounds like there is a problem with your network. Wait a few hours and try it again.
