How do you ADD a character to a band you already have made?

There are parts that say "band" then give a list of characters you made for that band. Then underneath there are "characters". I want to know how to put one of my "characters" into my "band" area. Can I do that?








I want to do this so I could purchase a poster with all my characters on it from the make merch section of this site.

i think you have to go into band profile kick out one and then add the new one.

Hey yeah I've been looking for a way to do this too...I started the band with 2 members, and want to add in 2 more...but best I can do is add them as stand-ins

So If we remove we can add someone else, but we can't resize?

I'm guessing that there's no real way to do this. I'm starting an Xbox Live band shortly and the only thing I can think of doing is making sure that all 4 people are present when I first make the band.
