I was chugging along nicely through Medium drums thinking "damn i'm better than I thought". That was uintil I reached Green Grass and High Tides. Failed at 88% a few times now (at the repetitive RY-RYO-RY-RYO very quickly for like 2+ minutes) I can hit it occassionally but I just tire out......

Thank god I'm not the only one! haha That part is insane, and I don't know how I'm going to be able to do hard or expert. Its going to take ALOT of practice.

I was trying from that part to the end in practice, it goes on forever!! :eek: I can do that part at 60-80% some of it at 90% but 100% pffft NO way! :( Ill try in half an hour or soemthing. I think I should check out the strat and mic see if they work and all.

I'm debating selling the strat because I love the LP and Ill prob use that mostly.

I posted about this last night, as I was getting kind of annoyed. I too was cruising through medium, having a fun time, and then GG&HT came along, and ruined my night. I think it took me about 5-6 tries, but it was annoying because its such a long song.

I never realized how hard it would be to keep the same beat going for an extended period of time. I found that it helps to just look away from the TV, stare at a wall or something, and don't think about what you SHOULD be doing, just let your hands and foot do their thing.

I'm having fun on Hard now, but already in the Boston tier, I'm starting to fail songs. I can't imagine what GG&HT will eventually be like.

Just tried again, was inches away from an all saving overdrive, but then I failed :(

That's exactly where I am right now! The fast part is super crazy. I know it's just the same thing over and over, but if I screw up, it takes a few measures to get back on-rhythm.

I'm in practice right now. Started it on 50%, each time I bump the speed up, so now I'm at 80. I hope to pass the song some time tonight!

Have you tried the Metallica DLC yet. HOLYY SHMokes!! I got wiped out in about 30 seconds on my first try. I will try some more after work tonight. On a side note not since the first GTA has a game stolen so much sleep from me, man am i tired.

I tried and justice for all, got pretty far then failed.

Back on topic, I BEAT IT! I saved overdrive pretty much all song. It gives you the occasional break, as well as saving your ass if you really need it. Foot was dead at the end, I barely was able to finish.
