My hub thingy wont work :(

I have plugged the power in and i connected it to the 360.....still....nothing

A lot of people have been having problems with those. The only solution I've seen so far is going to circuit city or best buy and buying a cheap hub. That seemed to fix it. Many of the hubs must be bad. Also if you can, check it with your computer and see if it works there.
