my Strat just broke on my PS3 guitar. the strum bar will not reset and I hear something rattling around inside. I have just ordered the replacement and understand they are on backorder for a long time. Will the new guitar be improved so it does not break or will it be the same?

Also is somebody working on the guitar compatbility issue for the PS3 or should we just accept it?

Good game if we can straighten out the peripherals.

The rattling is for the overdrive activator (tilt sensor). The newer guitars have different strum mechanisms that should work better. They are looking into the guitar compatibility problem

I must say that the whole "Rock Band" experience has been totally ruined by the crappy guitars and the replacement guitar. My whammy bar doesn't even function and it's supposecd to be brand new. This has to be the biggest let down i have ever experienced with a video game. Shell out $170 for an incomplete system with faulty equipment. Are we paying to be beta testers?

I can't find my band name and ranking on the leaderboard for xbox 360. The band name is not used by anyone else and is not deemed offensive. It is registered for single song but not by fans. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Just got this for Christmas ( Special Edition) Hooked up the Mic first then the guitar which both work fine. Then I went to hook up the drums and they are not being recognized by my ps3 (60G) at any of the four USB ports. Please HELP!!!

Would someone please tell me how to get a replacement guitar controller for the 360? Do i need to call someone? Its annoying that i can only perform up-strokes.

does anyone know how to fix the guitar so you can have starpower when you tilt it upwards? bc my starpower won't work when i tilt it up, it just does it randomly.
