Screenshots in Rockband?

I'm fairly new to PS3 much less Rock Band...is there an ability to capture a screenshot and then transfer it to your PC (via SD card or USB stick) I think that'd be cool to have a Rock blog of sorts with corresponding images.

I don't know. I don't have PS3, but I don't expect so.


However, that is a great fugging idea! Now that the systems have HDs and can make use of USB storage, they should totally add the ability to take your own screenshots to the dashboard-level of functionality.

Not just in certain games (like Forza 2) but as part of the system's own capabilities. Goddamn, can somebody put that in the idea jar for Sony and Microsoft, I would love the ability to take full screen screenshots of what ever happens to be on screen at a given moment. (without having to run it through a computer or whatever first, but as an intrinsic capability of the basic hardware).

I believe one of the options being tossed around for the new Rock Band site is the ability to get images of your characters posing with their band logo.

I hope this is true because I made a wicked copy of the old-school Slayer logo for my character's band. Swords and all.
