First things first. I'm in Ireland, and EBgames is the only retailer that will ship to me.
So I was checking to see whether they had any ps3 bundles left, and they had ONE left. Knowing that it would sell out in a matter of minutes, I seized the opportunity, and proceeded to my checkout. I entered in my address etc, and credit card info.
Which didn't work. It said that the address didn't match the one my credit card statement. It DOES. I tried five times, and in that short space of time, the copy was sold.:(
WTF am I doing wrong? Has anyone from Ireland/Europe ordered from EBgames and succeeded?
Or is it a f*ck up on their part?
Please help because I want to pre-order before the next shipment arrives on the 30th.

That's what happened me too, one day by fluke it accepted it and I've no idea how, they'll ask you to fax in a statment to verify the orer and will take about aday to do so anyway, so I'd say your bundle would be long gone. But you know what happened with my order anyway, so I'd advise you to stay away, it seems their international order processing policy is...poo.

Probably doesn't work because it isn't a US address.

Ah ok, thanks anyway.
Out of curiosity, did you enter your county in any of the boxes? Because it says:
Address 1:
Address 2:
City:
Region:International
I would normally put Co.Westmeath in the 'Region' field.

I'm pretty sure I did, in the shipping section anyway. I think I selected Ireland from a pull down menu, because my address had it listed as IE and I'd never type IE as my address lol!

Check eBay.ie they'll only list the people who will ship rock Band worldwide, you never know, you might be able to nab it for not much more than the retail price. Keep in mind that shipping will cost you $100 and you'll probably be caught for about 50 euro by customs also.

Yeah, but I don't really trust ebay lol, I don't mind waiting really, just hate missing out on the fun.
Oh by the way, you have a ps3 right? What's your PSN ID?

Same as this NotorietyH
add me away. What games do you have? I'm playing the hell out of Call of Duty 4 at the minute and love Warhawk too.
I've yet to have a bad encounter with eBay, though at the moment I'm nervously awaiting the email from my seller to tell me he's shipped my bundle. He seems pretty legit though, did a bit of googling. He said to send anyone else who wants one his way, but I'll wait until I know mine's actually on the way!

Yeah I'll add you in a few minutes, I'm playing Warhawk too, and Assassin's creed.
Could you give me a link to the seller anyway?

I'll PM it to you, just in case! He seems legit enough though, feedback-wise, not a huge amount but 166 and pretty much all positive, and I've been emailing him all morning.
