Only one band member shows up in picture mode

My band has three members, but only one shows when I go to take a full band shot.
I know it sees the other members because I can take individual shots of them too.

Is there something special I need to do? I have them all set as standins.

To clarify, they're members. Not subs.
And I also have them set as standins.
No idea what else I can do, but it still claims only one is a member.

I have a similar problem. My band has four members. They are all from different profiles, myself and three friends. The three I can select when making a band photo all have live accounts, while the fourth is just a profile on my 360.

Would that cause the problem?

if you go into band profile. under roster log into the band with each member and make them an active member. not just a sub. the section under roster to make the character an active member is on the left side.

They're all active members and still won't show up.
