HMX - Please Comment on EU PSN Store Issues

I've tried to do the right thing by searching for any previous response to this ever growing issue without success, so am asking if it possible for you to comment on why Albums which appear on the In-Game Store are not available to download.

This has been asked many times but in summary, The albums Doolittle and Blood Sugar Sex Magix appear in-game as purchased, but are not available for download.

The tracks from these albums are available on the PSN Store as individual downloads.

I don't know if its a ploy to get more money from people, but most people I know are refusing to download in anticipation of the album becoming available - so that's not going to work.

Can you make a definitive statement on this issue and plans to resolve it.

Bought Rock Band yesterday, was eager to download Doolittle, but it appears as already purchased (I haven't), and there's no way to download or buy it.
When will this be fixed? Or is there something that I can do to remedy the problem?

I also Have this stupid problem, I made a topic. No-one answered, I am PM'ing HMX staff about this annoying problem.
