I have to say, to make the Rock Band 2 drum set to actually be stand-able I have to... DO 7 MODS? Yeah, that's complete BS, I want a refund for this 90 dollar drum set, if you could please tell me, when are you going to make a drum set that is cheap and actually good and silent? Because, I hate the crosstalking, an d the wiring, you know how annoying that gets? People, do a poll if you want a refund on this drum set!

I am with you, I have RMA'd the kick pedal 5 times and the drums 2 times and they are broken AGAIN after only a week of use and I by no means use them in a manner that should cause them to break. Now, since I bought Rockband over two months ago and the free RMA's are done, I am SOL!

Get in line, RMA it. For every post on here complaining they're broken there's a hundred people playing it without issues, you just got unlucky. Deal with it, it happens. You aren't going to get a refund, especially from the forums. At best you might get one from the retailer you bought it from if you REALLY fight for it.

Well, I would RMA it, if had broken within the pathetic 5 day warranty and if they still had the free RMA system...

The warranty is 60 days. It always has been since RB1's launch a year ago and has never changed. They didn't used to enforce it until this month because the almost everyone was having trouble with the RB1 peripherals.
