I'm going for an Epic Amounts of Rush day. Tomorrow it shall be going down, yo.

A link to my last.fm (http://www.last.fm/user/WeezerCultist) to keep track.

Basic idea: I'm not gonna stop until I listen to EVERY Rush song in my library on random at once. If I need to stop it, next time I'm gonna restart. This may take a while, wish me luck!

Number of Attempts (updated as of 12:56 AM on Tuesday, Oct. 14th 2008)

2 (I will be restarting in the morning.

Normally, I would call you a poopy head, say something crude in another language, or insult your mother. But for this, you have my respect.

Now get on with (the fascination!) your marathon before I change my mind. Poopy head.

:(

iTunes just died on me. There goes another hour... I started over another time because I accidentally had ALL of the albums selected when I tried to name their first album to just Rush.

That time I was in about 3 or 4 hours and 34 songs. Not sure about this time, though. I'll check.

Sad face? A SAD FACE? Your computer makes you listen to more Rush and you give it a SAD FACE? Tsk tsk...

Do em all in a timeline fashion...

Including live and Compilation albums

That would EASILY total over 2 days of music

Well, there would be no point restarting now. I'll just have to listen to something else until I get home tomorrow.

I was thinking that, but then I'd be able to pick up where I left off. And if I didn't I'd be listening to the same things over and over again.

Random = More variety if I have to restart.

Random = a possiblity of a repeat.

Straight Through you listen to it all once..

And no the tracks on Compilations are remastered

Yeah, but I wanna get through it all in one sitting. I'll check if it's possible...

Shoot. It's unlikely. 16+ hours. Hm...

Well, I guess I'll just have to get up early next weekend :D

Just a heads-up: in about an hour and a half, I'll have done this thing you suggested. Idea came to me over the holidays.

I started around 11:07 yesterday morning.

I have some 55+ pages of cribbed insanity and unfiltered proof.

No one is ballin' on the Rushcock harder than I am.

I am probably done listening to the band for good when this thing is over with.

...Dont say ballin' and Rush in the same sentence, please.
