I don't think it was actually released. No stores near me have it and Amazon says it ships on the 16th. Maybe the date was pushed back? Gamestop (3 of them), Target, WalMart, Best Buy, Circuit City, all don't have the game. bestbuy.com says "back ordered" and like I said, Amazon is shipping, tentatively, on Thursday.
