I love Nu Metal and i would love to see more of Disturbed and Linkin Park on DLC
please post your comments/ views on Nu Metal
im open to any crticism on my prefrence in music. just don't be a douchebag and ill return the favor =)

Honestly, I don't like nu-metal, but chop suey was fun to play in RB2.

Eh I'm not a fan of LP or Disturbed, but I do love SOAD. DWTS isn't bad either. So if any nu-metal was released, I probably wouldn't download it (except SOAD). But I wouldn't mind and it would be good for all the nu-metal fans out there. I say let all types of music come into Rock Band, as long as the musicians have a significant amount of talent.

I wouldn't exactly call Disturbed Nu-Metal, most of there stuff sounds more hard rock, except Down With the Sickness, which I think qualifies as metal. LP, as far as I know, isn't nu-metal either, because of the borderline-emo lyrics of the singer and the presence of the rapper. Although I'm not an exper on nu-metal, I've only heard a few songs by Korn and one by Slipknot. Well, that and Disturbed and Linkin Park, but as I said, I don't really consider them nu-metal.

Oh, wait, SOAD is nu-metal? That's another nu-metal band I dislike then.

Metal has more sub-genres than... can't think of a good analogy.
Rest assured that every metal band has to create it's own sub-genre. :P
