View Full Version : This has to be the most annoying thing and should be patched.

Every time I want to switch instruments I have to log out of my profile on the instrument that I was currently using and then log back in on the new one. This is the biggest pain in the @$$ I ever seen in a game. I can't imagine how annoying it is for my friend list to see me log on and off 50 times.

That is just how it is are you sure your logged in on that set.

Hmmmm.......idk what's going on. I'm always logged in and can add and remove instruments at will.

I don't ever log out, I just go to the menu, pick up my new instrument, and log in with that. No logging out needed.

Hmmm, it's not so much that you have to log in and out, but you have to create 3 different characters to switch instruments. I just make sure there's only one peripheral plugged in at a time (unless I'm in BWT with my wife), then I just switch them in and out from the player 1 spot on the hub. I've found that is the easiest way to switch instruments.

If you are playing single player, you do not have to log out of your profile. Just unplug the drums / guitar etc, and then plug the new thing in, or turn on the controller for vocals. Now if you had MULTIPLE thigns plugged in at once, YES it is hard to switch off instruments.
