But i admit, i brought it on myself.
Bought the bundle back in march (thanks tax refunds), no problems until september when the yellow pad (suprise, suprise), starts to not register AND has a slight rattle. i lift the drum pad slightly up and found the source of the rattle, a screw with a black piece and an orange piece on it.
So i take the drum pad off the kit (goodbye warranty if i even had one), and notice the black piece is supposed to be attached to the back of the drum pad. the orange piece holds the spring in place for the "pad bounce." so i re assemble everything back together, test the kit, and notice during RB2's freestyle drums, that sometimes yellow didn't register and that sometimes yellow and blue registered together when hitting blue.
so as of now, my drum kit is in two pieces (i disconnected the yellow completely, wire and all), and cannot play drums until i can afford another drum kit.
and that's my sap story, or sob story, or as other forums call them my BAWWWWWW post.
if a tech person reads this post please send me a message because i would like to see if i even had a chance of having them replaced for nothing.
