DLC cover song rating

I was just wondering what everyone's opinions are of the cover DLC cover songs. How accurate they are? how they sound? how fun they are? etc...
I was wondering because i would like to know how they sound before paying for them.
any help would be appreciated

I honestly couldn't tell you which ones are covers, they're that good.

Fortunate Son, from what I've seen on YouTube is pretty accurate vocally.

I have Fortunate Son and it's a great cover. I really don't get the sentiment that a COVER is bad if the lead singer doesn't sound exactly like the original. Going from master tracks to covers is different but most people aren't John Fogerty.

The cover of "Bang A Gong" is really underwhelming, both in the vocals and the overall "oomph" of the guitar line. It almost sounds like a cover of the Power Station version.

While I'm not expecting someone to be able to duplicate Marc Bolan's boogie exactly, it's really put me off downloading any future songs that aren't original tracks.

I purchased Fortunate Son yesterday, it is an excellent cover, I have no idea why you wouldn't like it. All 3 of my friends couldn't tell it was a cover until I had told them, and they all have heard the song several times.
