Why no Ozzy DLC?

I've had my fingers crossed and hopes up for so long to have "Mr. Crowley" added as DLC :(
I'd much rather play it in Rock Band rather than GH

Tom Morello was a playable character in GH: Legends of Rock and we got RATM in Rock Band 2, i dont remember hearing Ozzy being GH exclusive, but i could be wrong.

there's never been anything to confirm his exclusivity and these days I'm sure it's just about money. The entire Blizzard of Oz album needs to be released for Rock Band.

Oh, thought they mentioned it was exclusive, i remember a debate here about that if he was really exclusive why we got Black sabbath songs and someone mentioned cause it was because ozzy didnt have the rights to the sabbath name.
oh well, hope he isnt exclusive then :p

I don't think it is an exclusive thing. They only mentioned Van Halen,The Eagles,Aerosmith and those specific Hendrix songs. Haley and Barker are in GHWT too and their songs are still in other games.
