Due to the loudness of the drums and singing, the neighbors have yelled at my friends and I XP. Has anyone else facing the difficulty of someone not being able to appreciate tone-deafness and loud clacking?

I live in an upstairs apartment, and the only concern I have is that I have a fear the bass drum pedal may be causing a "knocking" noise to the neighbors below. Other than that, the clacking is hardly a problem, I keep it about as quiet as the GH3 Les Paul's strum click!

I'm seriously shocked that I haven't. Unbeknownst to me I was playing until 2am last night, and I was for damn sure anything BUT quiet about it.

I haven't been yelled at yes, but I'm sure it's coming.
Here is what I did:

It works really well. Now if I could just figure out the bass pedal. :D

One of the joys of owning a house is not having to worry about that. But I do need to experiment with ways to soften the noise of the drums for my own sanity - I want to hear the drums on the song, not the clacking of the sticks hitting the pads.

Nope, note yet. I live on the 11th (out of 12) floor. Luckily, my building was built a long time ago and has super thick, hard, plaster walls. We turn the volume up to like 40 on the TV and rock the **** out.

This game has proved that my parents are getting old. I got chewed out all the way through thanksgiving for the drums and vocals. XD
Got back to the dorms and it doesn't matter cause the people above my band's usual spot are a bunch of sorority girls that always are partying. Yeah sorority girls! XD

Same here. I think I'm going to try mousepads this weekend.

Ahh, to be young and in college. It was only 6 months ago, but I miss it already.

nope but mind you I own my own house. I have a roommate but he said he doesn't mind it and can easily fall assleep even when I'm playing drums. SO yeah no biggie. I keep the volume down a bit after 2 am just to be sure but i doubt anyone would even complain.

Luckily in my own house. However, it's been turned down a bit lately though cause the baby likes to watch, luckily the drumsticks and noise puts him to sleep.
