It wasn't "good stuff" even in a joking sense. Severely wrong, sick things that had nurses and doctors among us feeling a bit queasy. You were lucky.

To the OP: Likely no time soon. Image sigs were begging to go long before the events way back when. People posted images waaay larger than necessary, and it made reading the forums a task.

God, I hope they don't put sig images back anytime soon. I really don't need to see a gigantic 300x300 pixel image every time someone makes a post. Sigs are already really cluttered to begin with with just text.

Images are a security risk.
vBulletin (this forum software) is still susceptible to CSRF attacks in several places.

It wasn't clicking a link if I remember right. Every, or every other page was severely explicit, especially the background due to an HTML exploit or flaw? I don't remember, but I seriously don't miss that.

Those issues would be related to iframes with clever css.

BTW i am all too familiar with raids. /b/tard here. but you can say the same thing about nearly EVERY FORUM ON THE INTERNET, not just this one

Ah, I wouldn't know about it, thanks for that. But hopefully something can be done about the sig's soon. I thought about making new sig's for the community to use like my userbars, lol.

Seriously, you DO NOT want pictures in sigs again. Sometimes only 2 posts fitted on oonne page cos someone had massive imgs.

Well how about a signature rule that only allows your images in it to be a certain size? If the image exceeds the size limit it would resize it automatically. Or if it is too big, your changes to your signature would not save; kind of a like a fail-safe mechanism.

I am pretty sure this is possible.
