Well i've been playing for around 11 months now, and I've stumbled upon a problem. I just can't learn anything new.
I'm stuck in the intermediate zone, whatever i try to learn is too easy, or way too hard.

I do pretty good with chords, making them sound good in sucession, usually mellow jazz stuff, but sounds good.

I do horrible with single notes, if they're withen chords I do okay, but solos are a mess for me, my mind knows what to do, but my fingers and picking hand wont do what the brain tells them to.

I also suck with tabs, they don't tell me the rhythm and i just don't do good reading them.

I don't know music theory, or how to read music.

Also, there Is NOOOO good free lessons anywhere, except for rockongoodpeople on youtube, but they hardly update lessons.

tl;dr: i've hit guitars version of writers block and need tips for getting back on my feet

Learn.

Also, if you're really stuck, take actual lessons. Don't just try to teach yourself with the internet and whatever free stuff you can scrape together. Hire a teacher and take some private lessons.

Do you have any guitar-playing friends? I always asked more experienced friends when I was stuck with something guitar-related.
