'Application Error 500'

Some of the navigation links on my profile are bringing me to a page that reads an "Application Error 500", stating that:

An unexpected application error was encountered.

I get this page whenever I try to upload pictures from my computer, or try to link Rock Band 2 with my account.

Same here, seems like everything in my profile gives me that error. I'm guessing they're just having some temporary issues. Or at least I hope so.

Glad to see I am not the only one... I was getting a bit worried there hehe. This also happens when I try to reach the Rock Band statistics page.

I got that a lot until I un-linked RB1. Then I re-linked it to 2 and it worked great!

well.. same problem, tried unlinking-relinking like the last poster did... didn't help. same problem whenever I try to log back in.

Okay I unlinked Rock Band 1, signed out of my windows live account, then proceeded with the linking Rock Band 2. It brings me to type in my email password, I do, then it brings me to a page with this message:

The data you entered seems to be incorrect. Please correct the following errors and resubmit:

85450: Account is already linked to an existing Rockband.com account

man, their site is in bad shape for the ps3 release date. cannot access my account settings because i'm getting the "Application error 500" (cannot link or unlink anything). i'm also getting the error "Could not connect to mySQL." when trying to register on the bonustracks link. disappointing to get a new game and see their support site isn't even up to par.

i also have this problem from the profile screen to link RB2, 500 server error.

to j42074 its not your computer, just their webservers, something they gotta get sorted out.

ALso do I have to unlink my RB and then link the RB2? I have a PS3

I emailed them yesterday and I am waiting for a reply. I reported this problem in the "Cannot Link Account" thread. Now I just got to be patient. ;)

I too, am getting the 500 error when trying to link Rock Band 2 to the account, but I'm afraid to unlink since there's problems re-linking now, if you do that.

Besides the site seems to suggest you can be linked to both games.

I got my game registered for 20DLC (yay!), but yes am still
having the dreaded "Application 500" error when attempting to
link my RB2 account to my profile.

Hmm... I so I found I CAN link my RB1 account, AND my RB2 account..
but currently can't do so simultaneously, I must unlink one for the
other to work. dunno if this is any help to anyone, but figured
I'd let you guys know.
